Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

og99's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Progression to a higher tier depends on your playing pattern and activity.
Betting & Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- og99 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- og99's system records are considered final in determining game results.

Sports Betting
When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, keep the following in mind:
- If a match is cancelled, postponed, or the venue is changed, og99's decision is final.
- If a match is played for less than the scheduled time due to bad weather or other reasons, bets may be cancelled.
- og99 will not be liable for any disconnection during live betting.
- If unusual activity is detected in any market, og99 reserves the right to review it.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on og99. Violations will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another family member's account.
- Providing false or fake information to claim bonus benefits.
- Winning unfairly by exploiting technical errors or bugs.

- Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to conduct betting.
